I don't necessarily want the answers that used to be outlined in the Examiners' Reports, just the questions would do, as I need to get an idea of the type of questions that might be asked. It seems that I have no way of seeing past questions. I viewed this as disappointing, but something I would just have to live with. However, I was chatting with a fellow safety professional who told me of another course provider who has apparently furnished their students with a full suite of past papers and Examiners' Reports! Naturally I feel I am at a disadvantage. Thanks NEBOSH. I have just been to the NEBOSH site There are 6 construction examiner's reports ( these have questions in them) plus a book full of example papers all free to down load.
Thanks for trying to be helpful but actually these documents are not much help. The Examiners Reports don't have questions in them any more. They only list how candidates responded to 'Learning Objectives' as defined in the syllabus.
These objectives are just general targets and don't offer any real clue as to the structure of questions. There are some old NGC1 papers still there, but very little on the NCC1 Construction papers (I think there was one actual question paper in the packs). I do genuinely appreciate your suggestion, but it seems NEBOSH simply don't want people to see past papers. Indeed, I checked with NEBOSH and they confirmed they do not publish. Regarding the 'other provider': it would be interesting to know if they are breaching copyright if they are providing their students with past papers. Assume you downloaded this and this Yep. If the other provider really is copying old papers (I don't have proof, only hearsay) then they may indeed be breaching copyright. It does increase my frustration though because NEBOSH no longer sell the papers, and so suffer no loss of income if people are copying the old ones!
